Key Town Swing uses Google Forms for registrations. Personal data is stored in Google Suite (business version, GDPR-compliant with appropriate security measures). This means Google does not get to use or sell your data for directing ads or any other (third party) use. Data is used solely to contact you about registered events and may include reminders for new blocks of classes. All personal data except email addresses is deleted 12 months after your last registration; email addresses remain for updates unless removal is requested. Personal data does NOT include pictures and videos.
By attending KTS activities, you consent to possible photography or video for promotional and archival purposes. Opt-outs can be communicated in advance or on arrival; we will take reasonable steps to accommodate. We cannot guarantee that third parties (e.g. other participants) will not take and share images or video.
Guests at socials and parties are encouraged to take and share photos/videos, but are expected to respect opt-out requests; Key Town Swing is in no way responsible for third-party media.
